With over 20 years of expertise in HR across financial technology services and financial services industries Louise is a results-driven leader motivated by enabling people and business success. Having received her Masters in Human Resources Management in 2006 she is well versed in mergers and acquisitions, change management, talent management, performance management and leadership coaching. Her core strengths include the ability to build deep relationships with stakeholders at any level, capability to operate strategically and operationally, and the resilience to work effectively in a constantly changing environment. Louise is passionate about promoting and improving gender equality in the workforce.
Investment Associate, Dimensional Fund Advisors
Irene is an Investment Associate in Equities at Dimensional Fund Advisors Australia. Following a career in fine arts, Irene completed her business degree at QUT majoring in Finance with an Empirical Finance extension. While studying, Irene worked at VISIS Private Wealth in client services where she was also a member of the investment committee and worked on portfolio analysis for the team. While studying Irene also worked at AQR Australia supporting their operations and sales teams in Brisbane and Sydney. Upon completion, Irene joined Dimensional in 2019 as an analyst and is now managing a range of our Australian equity portfolios as an Investment Associate. Irene is also the APAC representative for our Women’s Inclusion Network working with the global team to make DFA a more inclusive and diverse workplace.
Camilla R. Love – Director, Perennial Investment Management Limited; Founder, F3 – Future Females in Finance

Camilla is a Director at Perennial Investment Management Limited and was the Managing Director of their active ETF boutique, eInvest, between 2017 and 2022. Camilla is also a Director at Perennial Private Ventures GP LP Pty Ltd, governing Perennial’s venture capital limited partnership.
Over the twenty years she has been with the Perennial Group, she has been an integral member of the team marketing, promoting, building and governing the Perennial business.
In 2017, Camilla also founded F3 – Future Females in Finance. F3 aims to foster the next generation of female talent in financial services through education, providing great career role models, demystifying careers and providing practical work experience.
Camilla is a Fellow of FINSIA and is a Director on the Abbotsleigh Foundation and Metis Technologies, and is the Chair of the UNSW Alumni Advisory Committee.
Camilla has jumped out of a plane twice, likes to ski off high mountains and loves a good laugh (one ‘Who’s line is it anyway’ episode at a time).
Founder, The Greenhouse; Co-Founder, Ladies Talk Money
Jessica is a leading licenced financial adviser in Australia and has over 16yrs experience in the financial services industry working with some of the biggest names in finance including, Macquarie Bank, CBA and Zurich.
In 2017 she co-founded the award-winning practice Fox & Hare Financial Advice (B-Corp).
In 2020, she co-founded Ladies Talk Money - A free online resource for women to learn and tackle some of the issues around financial inequality that currently exists.
She has previously been named in the Financial Stand Power 50, the top 50 most influential advisers in Australia, and awarded the 2019 Newcomer of the Year at the prestigious Independent Financial Advisers (IFA) awards.
Recently she launched, The Greenhouse - an online program designed to make accessing affordable financial programs jargon-free, stigma-free and fun!
