Senior Fellow
FINSIA recognises the prestige of being a long-time outstanding member of the Financial Services industry. We trust that these selected Senior Fellows will uphold and raise the standards as well as shape the future of the industry.
Requirements
- To become a Senior Fellow, you need to be nominated by either two Fellows or one Senior Fellow.
- 15+ Years of Experience in the Industry
You must have at least 15 years of experience working in the financial services industry.
- Evidence of Significant Contribution or Outstanding Achievement.
You will be required to show evidence that you have made a contribution at any point in your career that has made a significant impact on the Financial Services industry and/or demonstrate distinguished service and participation within FINSIA.
Only a limited number of nominations will be considered and approved each year by the FINSIA board, and they are assessed against other applications

CPD Requirement
To maintain FINSIA Membership, you must complete 14 hours of both Structured (10 hours) and Unstructured (4 hours) CPD hours within your membership year.
Continuing Professional Development, or CPD, is a way to ensure our members stay relevant and updated in the Financial Services industry. There are numerous ways to acquire CPD hours, such as attending or participating in industry-related events, workshops, enrolling in a professional qualification, reading industry-related publications, and many more.
